#lovepotion2022. Rob's Home Bar, 62nd cocktails and Booze on the Rocks put out another awesome challenge!!!! The "Cupid's Sour", which is a great cocktail, leverages the taste of raspberry/strawberry infused vanilla vodka, to create a fascinating and fruity sipper for Valentine's Day!!!
Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Infused vanilla vodka
15 mil/.5 oz Aperol
15 mil/.5 oz Lime juice
15 mil/.5 oz Simple syrup
30 mil/1 oz Egg whites
Compine all ingredients in a shaker
Dry shake for 5 seconds, add ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass. Shaved cocoa nibs as a garnish.
