To end 2022 on a high note, I'm sharing my top 3 cocktails of 2022. Although I had lots of cocktails to choose from, most were awesome. But, ultimately, I can up with this short list. Leave a comment and let me know your top 3!!! Happy New Year to all my friends and family!!!


Corn and oil:
60 mil/2 oz Barbados Rum (Plantation 5)
15 mil/.5 oz John D Velvet Falernum
15 mil/.5 oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Build in a rocks glass with ice
Stir for 10-15 seconds
Garnish with a lime wedge. (Not shown)

"Powerful Old Fashioned" (An original creation by ours truly!)
60 mil/2 oz Powers 3 Swallow Whiskey
1 Barspoon/5 mil Demarara syrup
1 dash of plum bitters
2 dashes of Orange bitters

Build in a rocks glass
Add ice, give a quick stir.

"Exit Strategy" (Created by Natascha David)

45 mil/1.5 oz Amaro Nonino
22.5 mil/.75 oz Cognac
7.5 mil/.25 oz Amaro Meletti
Pinch of salt

Stirred with ice for 15 seconds
Served over ice in a rocks glass
Orange peel garnish (Not shown)
