The "Plateau Cocktail". A very good friend of mine, Chip, @chips_classic_cocktails on IG introduced me to this wonderful sipper. Earthy, and semi-sweet, this well balanced cocktail, which uses Suze, is a def must make. Check out Chip on IG to see this and many other wonderful cocktails!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Gin
30 mil/1 oz Lillet Rouge
15 mil/.5 oz Amaro Meletti
15 mil/.5 oz Suze
2 dashes - Peychauds bitters

Stir with ice for 15 seconds
Serve over ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
