The "Violet Negroni". I thought this was an interesting sipper with lots of character. Leveraging the fruity notes of Byrrh, this is a gentian forward but well balanced riff on a classic.

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Gin
60 mil/2 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
15 mil/.5 oz Gentian Liqueur (Suze)

Build in a rocks glass, give a quick stir
Add sexy ice, stir for 20 seconds
Garnish with an orange twist.
