The "19th Century ". Created by Brian Miller at the Pegu Club, this is a riff on the 20th century. Bourbon and chocolate go together well in this sipper and is well balanced with the lemon juice. The Lillet Rouge is soooo good in this!! You won't be disappointed!!!
Ingredients include:
45 mil/1.5 oz Bourbon
22.5 mil/.5 oz White Creme de Cacao
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lillet Rouge
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lemon juice
Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.
