The "1910". Created by Ezra Star, this is a Mezcal riff on a Manhattan. Smoky, bittersweet and complex, this is a great cocktail to introduce one to Mezcal.

Ingredients include:
22.5 mil/.75 oz Cognac
22.5 mil/.75 oz Mezcal
30 mil/1 oz Punt e Mes
15 mil/.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
