The "Phish Hook". Created by Jamie Boudreau, this is an interesting sip with lots of character!! Featuring on of my favorite bottles, Punt e Mes, this is an easy to make and well balanced cocktail.

Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Rye (100 Proof)
15 mil/.5 oz Elderflower liqueur
7.5 mil/.25 oz Punt e Mes
1 Bar Spoon - Maraschino liqueur
Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
