The "East India" is a brandy-forward, boozy sipper. With only a few modifiers in small measures, this will def get your attention! The combo of ingredients work well with a good brandy, and the pineapple syrup added just enough sweetness.
Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Brandy
Barspoon-Orange Curacao
Barspoon-Pineapple Syrup
Barspoon- Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice for 20-30 seconds
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon and a maraschino cherry
