The "Night Tripper". Created by Chris Hannah, this lovely sipper was brought to my attention by my good friend andrew, @AngryCocktails. Full of character, this is a tasty treat that is a must make.

Ingredients include:

52.5 mil/1.75 oz Bourbon of choice
22.5 mil/.75 oz Averna
7.5 mil/.25 oz Strega
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes - Absinthe

Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish: orange peel and cherry
