"Trenton's dessert cocktail". As anyone knows, if you tell me flavors you do NOT like, I'm more than likely to make a cocktail out of it. My very good friend Kurt, from @slbdrinks has a son, Trenton, who, if you follow this channel, is a bourbon GENIUS, but slipped up and disclosed his least favorite flavors. So, as a result, I came up with a cocktail he HAS to make!!!
To make this infusion, take a jar and put 6-12 butterscotch candies and 375 mil of Rye. The candies will disappear over time, and you can make it as sweet as you'd like. Strain it back into the bottle.
Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Butterscotch infused rye
15 mil/.5 oz Vanilla syrup
2-3 dashes of chocolate bitters
(Whipped cream optional)
Build in a rocks glass
add a chunk of ice
stir for 15-20 seconds.
