This pre-prohibition sipper should be in everyone's rotation. Featuring Cynar, an awesome Amaro, this candidate for a post meat digestive is a bourbon lovers dream!!! With Cynar's subtle bitterness, it really rounds off this cocktail. This spirit forward sipper is well balanced and a must try!!!

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Bourbon
22.5 mil/.75 oz Sweet vermouth
7.5 mil/.25 oz Cynar
7.5 mil/.25 oz Maraschino liqueur

Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cherry.
