The "Sunflower". The national flower of Ukraine, just so happens to be the name of this wonderful cocktail!!! Created by Sam Ross, it's a very well balanced, tart and floral sipper. This is a great Springtime sipper that should be on any menu!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Gin
30 mil/1 oz Cointreau
30 mil/1 oz St Germain
30 mil/1 oz Lemon juice
Absinthe (To rinse glass)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except absinthe.
Shake for 10-12 seconds
Serve up in an Absinthe rinsed, chilled cocktail glass.
Dehydrated lemon wheel garnish.
