The Mezcal Negroni, which is a great riff of the original Negroni, is a great smoky cocktail which leverages the bitterness from the Campari to make an amazing cocktail. Hopefully, it's smokiness is to Rob from "Rob Home Bar's" liking!!!

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Mezcal
45 mil/1.5 oz Campari
45 mil/1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass
Add ice, stir for 12 seconds
Garnish with an orange peel.
