The "French Gimlet", a riff on a classic Gimlet, uses St.-Germain as the sweetener, which really introduces a lot of complexity and depth of flavor. A must have if you like elderflower.

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Gin
45 mil/1.5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
15 mil/.5 oz Lime juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice for 12 seconds
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lime wheel
