The "Perfect Pear". Using a Spice Pear Liqueur, I came up with this cocktail from a suggestion from my good friends at @slbdrinks . Well balanced, slightly bitter and pear forward, this is a great cocktail to put that liqueur to work!!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Gin
15 mil/.5 oz Aperol
22.5 mil/.75 oz Pear spiced liqueur
2 dashes - Orange bitters

Stir down with ice
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon peel.
