The "Fake I.D.". Created by Jason Clapham, who can be found on IG at, @Claphamcocktails, is def menu-worthy!! Featuring one of my fav Rums, this gem offers hints of caramel, cinnamon, cola, molasses and a slighty bittersweet finish. Do yourself a favor and check out J.E. Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Plantation Dark Rum
20 mil/.66 oz Cynar
1 Bar spoon - Cinnamon syrup
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
