The "Chinese Plum". Using a Chinese spirit, Baijiu, I created a cocktail that celebrates a great fruit from China, the Plum. I love plums, and this cocktail is a perfect year round sipper. With hints of plums, orange, lemon and a slightly floral finish, this is a must try!!!

Happy Chinese New Year!!!

Ingredients include:

22.5 mil/.75 oz Baijiu
22.5 mil/.75 oz Dry Curacao
30 mil/1 oz Creme de Violette
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lemon juice
2-3 Dashes - Plum bitters

Shake all with ice for 10-12 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
