"Therapeutic agent". Created by Baron Stout, this is a great cocktail with lots of character. I love Fernet, so when I saw this, I had my doubts. After trying this, I was sold!!! With hints of oak, grapes, mint and with a great depth of flavor, this is def in my rotation!! The Fernet really elevated this gem and this should be on any menu!!!

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Cognac
22.5 mil/.75 oz Bourbon
30 mil/1 oz Blanco Vemouth
7.5 mil/.25 Fernet

Stir down with ice for 20-22 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
