"Antrim eyes". An original creation by my good friend, @therustybartender , this gem is def in my wheelhouse!! Featuring a great combo of Irish Whiskey and Amaro, this is def menu worthy!!

Ingredients include:
45 mil/1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
10 mil/.33 oz Dry Curacao
15 mil/.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
15 mil/.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes - Angostura bitters
3 Dashes - Orange bitters
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
