The "Industry Sour" is such an interesting cocktail. Created by Ted Kilgore, it defies all logic!!! The ingredients seem to be in conflict on paper, but once combined, you WILL want another!!! The herbaceous Green Chartreuse and the Fernet Branca work wonderfully together. This is a must have if you like Fernet!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Green Chartreuse
30 mil/1 oz Fernet Branca
30 mil/1 oz Lime juice
30 mil/1 oz Simple syrup (1:1)

Shake all ingredients with ice for 10-12 seconds, serve up in a chilled cocktail glass.
