The "Blue Brazil". Filling in for David, @boozeontherocks , I came up with a great cocktail that hopefully is blue enough, but more importantly, David with make once he gets settled in at his new home!! If you follow David, you KNOW he loves blue cocktails, so this will be his jam!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Cachaca
30 mil/1 oz Blue Curacao
22.5 mil/.75 mil Lime juice
10 mil/.33 oz Demarara syrup
1 egg white

Dry shake all ingredients for 20 seconds
Add ice, shake for 15 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with Pimento bitters.
