First up on my shitlist is this guy who gives you two diamonds (one from drop, one from quest reward), because I want to upgrade my 75% physical resist accessories so I can get another copy from drops, and those require a diamond each. I'll also be needing a lot more to make damage reduction accessories.
Now this guy is actually one of the tougher customers; in the original version it was vulnerable to petrify but only just - it had a 75% resistance so you could get one through after a few tries. According to people on atwiki that got taken away in the V version though and I don't really feel like rolling a 25% is consistent enough when I need to be killing this guy half a dozen times. It also has 750PDEF and 160k HP, but that doesn't matter because I'm gonna invoke a recurring theme of lignering summer heat - debuff the guy to high heavens and then send in Reisen to nuke him in a few hits. In terms of defense you mostly need to protect against Evolution Breath; his other attacks consist of single-target physical attacks and Blaster, as well as a somewhat annoying camouflage field that gives him some perfect evasion. A bit of resistance is all you need to not get paralyzed or instant killed by Blaster, since it has 0 IND.
