Sakuya's material quest, unlike everyone else's, lets you go in with a full party to fight an appropriately much stronger boss. Flandre doesn't counter magic like she did on the previous fight; instead she'll just use those counter moves normally. Since I have to bring Sakuya anyways I just opted for a private square strategy, though it was delayed by me not realizing that "Casting Speed +x%" mods are additive and was mystified why Sakuya keeps outspeeding Byakuren despite Private Square having a speed mod of 1%. Also, Flandre will only attack once per round unless she opts for a normal attack, so Starlight Barrier is very reliable in giving you a free turn.
