Unlike the FOEs in the jungle stratum, the two FOEs on this floor are pathetic. They're slow, have very little HP, and only attacks every two turns. In addition, this one is pretty weak to PAR, so you can even PAR lock it pretty easily. The only vexation is that they have a lot of elemental resistances.
