The combo here involves Tokiko hitting you with really hard hitting physical attacks, occasionally using Fly Up to kill your entire party with Flying Press, while Rinnosuke toss First Aids (instead of soccer balls) her way, healing for a lot and removing ailments. However, First Aid doesn't heal paralyze, and Rinnosuke will always use First Aid if Tokiko has an ailment, and Tokiko is completely open to paralyze, so if you just paralyze Tokiko, she will never attack you because she's paralyzed, and Rinnosuke will spend all his turns healing Tokiko so he will never attack you either. You can then just pick off Rinnosuke at your leisure, then finish off Tokiko afterwards.
