For this one you need to go in with a 4-person party. Despite the talk about elementals probably invoking the image of magic, these four are largely physical attacks, and their biggest threats are various breath attacks (and Ammonite's Tentacle), so I should have used Duplex Barrier physical for this one. They only have 30000 HP apiece which is pretty low for quest boss standards, so going aggressively with some multi-target magic not of the four main elements can work out pretty well; trying to tank it with Alice and Parrar probably will work out less well anyways since you'll likely run out of parrar counts at some point each turn.
