Biotopos's specialty is field magic, and she'll randomly throw up mists on her second move every turn (even if another mist is already up, though she won't cast the same mist at least). This does mean that she will generally only attack you once per turn, and although she has a good mix of spear skills and magic spells, none of them cause any sort of ailment so you have no need to worry on that front. The mists can be pretty disruptive, though, so you'll want to have someone in your team ready to overwrite (or in Sakuya's case, erase) the more annoying ones. At the end of the match she'll throw out an Aging Mist before saying goodbye ala Yuyuko, but you'll have more ways to defend against it now than then. A Turtlesmasher would've made the fight even faster but I didn't get it as a drop and don't feel like going drop hunting without Akyuu in the team, so random blunt weapons will do.
