This thing sits at kind of an awkward place, since trying to get past it when you're still at Dragon God's level can get very RNG, but then you do the B11F event and get 100 levels at once and at that point it kind of gets underwhelming due to sheer level difference.
It has a lot of HP trigger moves where it'll do Spirit Decomposition at 90%, 60%, 30% and 10%, Space Time Warp + Decomposition Breath at 80% and 40%, Great Catastrophe at 75% and 25%, and Great Destruction at 50%. Most of these fixed moves are easy to deal with (you need your tank to have 200 DTH resistance for Spirit Decomposition); it's the Space Time Warp + Decomposition Breath that make this fight extremely RNG as Decomposition Breath completely ignores (most characters') affinity and defense and will do about 400k damage; you can reduce it by inflicting ATK debuffs which it has little resistance to but even if you debuff its ATK to 50% before the move, it'll do about 270k, and then you only have percentage damage reduction to use against it (quartz charm, strategist, etc.), as well as certain characters' innate resistance to VOI (Nazrin on my team has some resistance to it, that's why she only took like 170k damage), so it's very RNG on whether it just switches in four squishies and blast them away. Luckily it has to go through three more fixed move after the first Decomposition Breath, and none of those three can deal lethal damage, so your attacker has four turn's worth of free time to just DPS the thing down before the next Decomposition Breath rears its ugly head.
Depending on your team composition, Eirin and Akyuu can be used to "prepare" characters to survive a Decomposition Breath when they normally can't, but note that SoC has Scythe of Calamity and Greatsword of Calamity, so be careful that you don't take so long to set things up that it just cause people to go below the threshold by lowering their max HP.
