The second shadow fight is even more difficult than the first. On every odd turn it has a chance to use Ultravenom Needle like the original, but this one is so high level that it hurts like hell, and can inflict six digit PSN if the recipient isn't immune. Not only that, it's also blazing fast and can easily double turn or even triple turn most characters, has really high DEF and still high MND, and is even resistant to most forms of ailments. This thing is pretty much the first sign of embodiment of what's wrong with non-plus disk postgame design in this game - stuff just has way too high defenses, and high stats in general compared to their challenge level. Thankfully its non-needle moves are non-issues to deal with, and it doesn't use needle every odd turn either so despite its fast speed, you do have plenty of time to react to its main nuke, so as long as it doesn't wise up and target your attacker with needle it shouldn't be too bad in the end.

![Labyrinth of Touhou 2 Steam - vs Diamond Knight
Im not gonna make a video of every single [character]s Shadow - Abyss fights because they generally arent that interesting and except for the first few, Ill be steamrollering through most of them with level advantage to keep up long streaks. I will make videos for the unique bosses in Infinity Corridor, though.
Diamond Knight is the first unique boss in IC and shows up at 30F. It has a few physical attacks to throw around but except for the first turn, most of the time it just opts to toss a Scourge for overkill damage. If it has a debuff itll do an auto ATK buff as well; this doesnt take up a turn but DOES count as a turn so if it uses that on turn 1 it will probably throw a scourge right afterwards, at which point you mostly dont care about the ATK buff any more because its not going to make Scourge kill its target any deader. So I just tossed a SPD debuff at it and went on a damage race; it has really high defenses but low HP and vulnerable to SIL/HVY, and is weak to NTR or MYS, so a universally usable way to deal with this thing is to inflict HVY and use Iron Mountain Charge on it. Since I have Alice with her 40% defense ignore though, tossing SIL and using Hourai Doll seemed much more effective.
