One of the V remake's new quest bosses. These guys give platinum ores? I have no idea what it's used for but I'll hold on to those I guess.
Anyways you have to fight five of these things; they will only ever use slash-elemental physical normally but if you hit them with magic, they'll counter with Comet. But taking five things down one by one is super tedious, and nobody in the game's got an all-targetting physical that's also spammable. So fuck this fork tower nonsense, I'm gonna go kill them with magic anyways! Of course in the interest of not getting buried in fifty tons of space ice, Nitori is here to use chasers to get around counters. Byakuren can tank well enough for herself with 90% physical and a swordmaster's proof, although I really should've given Nitori some secondary slash resist items so she doesn't keep folding over like that.
As a last note, unlike the original quests, all the V-exclusive quests come in pairs - the initial one is non-repeatable, but by beating it you get a tougher quest that actually IS repeatable. I'm probably gonna hold off on this one's tougher quest for a while, though; it doesn't look very breakable and I don't have anything that makes use of this platinum ore anyways.

![Labyrinth of Touhou 2 Steam - vs Diamond Knight
Im not gonna make a video of every single [character]s Shadow - Abyss fights because they generally arent that interesting and except for the first few, Ill be steamrollering through most of them with level advantage to keep up long streaks. I will make videos for the unique bosses in Infinity Corridor, though.
Diamond Knight is the first unique boss in IC and shows up at 30F. It has a few physical attacks to throw around but except for the first turn, most of the time it just opts to toss a Scourge for overkill damage. If it has a debuff itll do an auto ATK buff as well; this doesnt take up a turn but DOES count as a turn so if it uses that on turn 1 it will probably throw a scourge right afterwards, at which point you mostly dont care about the ATK buff any more because its not going to make Scourge kill its target any deader. So I just tossed a SPD debuff at it and went on a damage race; it has really high defenses but low HP and vulnerable to SIL/HVY, and is weak to NTR or MYS, so a universally usable way to deal with this thing is to inflict HVY and use Iron Mountain Charge on it. Since I have Alice with her 40% defense ignore though, tossing SIL and using Hourai Doll seemed much more effective.
