For the postgame segment of this game, you'll only start with Reimu and Litos, and you can pick up Akyuu for free if you already did her quest during main game. Everyone else you have to first beat up in a boss fight before you can get them back, or in the new characters' case, get them in the first place.
This fight is basically balanced around you only having Litos and Reimu, and thus is correspondingly very easy. Cirno does nothing but ice attacks so some water resistance will render you mostly immortal for the fight. I didn't distribute my points very optimally so the fight took a lot longer than it should but as you can see, I was never in any sort of danger for the fight.
