This thing has absolutely huge amount of MAG (more than the final boss, even), but will squander most of its turns with stuff like Black Universe, Silent Fog or MAG up (buffs its MAG by a whooping 1% woohoo). However, it also has 22% chance of murdering your frontline with Manaburst or Storm of Dark Flow, so the idea is to basically kill it fast and hope it doesn't do that in the mean time. It is pretty frail to direct attacks so killing it shouldn't be a problem.
