Two party fight here. Tewi specializes in powerful and inaccurate hits, and tries to bully you into getting hit by using accuracy buffs and sleep, which you can deal with by buffing your evasion further and debuffing her accuracy. I forgot to protect against sleep but luckily she didn't use it. Reisen specializes in disabling your party with berserk, to which my solution is to equip Reimu with anti-berserk accessory and have her use her AoE heal that also lifts permanents.
Neither have any elemental weaknesses, so you'll need to rely on slayers, and at this point there are only two pieces of equips that have slayer on beasts - Sakuya's tier 3 sword and the dagger Mammal Eater, dropped from Zeni on the same stage. Sakuya's normally the best character to do damage with a dagger but she's got a better sword, so Patchouli gets to use the knife. The other characters are more or less fillers that help out on doing damage; I tried using Master Spark for once since I've only ever used it in super late postgame bosses before, and it is quite disappointing this early in the game (although to be fair, Marisa would've done even worse if I tried to get her to use laser or stardust spells).
