You can get two Orichalcum directly from this guy, which is 4 times faster than the Rumia quest plus you don't have to find the boss. Not only is he vulnerable to all variety, he isn't even that resistant to most permanents, meaning that he's even bigger Reisen bait than the Machine Dragon Zero. At the very least in the V version he seems to always be able to use Fang Crush, instead of only when Fire land is up, so using Cirno commander to raise water land isn't effective at stopping it any more.
