2F's FOE, and the first one you run into. It's very vulnerable to SPD debuff and you get Cirno right before fighting it, so just slow it down and spam Dark moves at it. If you got Kasen already this thing should be really easy to bring down even when you encounter it; without her things may be a bit more dicey, but it should still be doable, since its weakness means Marisa and Rumia can rush it down pretty well.
