It's a barrier shifting boss. Mamizou starts with a weakess to wind, low DEF and high MND, but Full Moon Pompokolin will swap her DEF and MND and 10 Transformations Danmaku will shift her weakness randomly. The latter was a lot more annoying before the game started showing element effectiveness on tooltip when selecting a spell, although her non-weakness resistances aren't too high so you can still do decently just by brute forcing a resisted element.
The bigger thing to do is something that I didn't bother and ended up struggled a lot with - both Full Moon Pompokolin and 10 Transformations Danmaku are fairly strong AoE spells and can one shot attackers, so you'll want to keep track when they're used. Mamizou will use the former every 5 turns (starting when she hits 84% HP) and the latter every 8 turns (starting when she hits 70% HP), and if she's scheduled for both on the same turn she'll use Pompokolin on this turn and 10 Transformations on the next. Aside from those two spells her attacks are either single target or not too strong, though she can heal 10% of her HP with a (non-instant) spell randomly, so this fight is really more about dealing with her random barrier shifting than anything else.
