Here we have another 2er where the 20 at cost got someone killed in the end - and it wasn't me this time!
Even with a bad drop coming in after the 20 (would've been thrilled to get 22 there), i was able to use the 15 to drown amitss in coal costs. This was amplified when they let me have the 21 for just over $30 then took 25 at cost; i felt they should've been willing to pay at least $35 for the 21 there since that was a far better plant for them than 25.
Great finish to this one, too - almost missed that possibility before i did some math!
