Soledad had a great start with the classic triple-Paris build followed by Plant 11 for a little cheaper than normal. That was because 27 was showing in the market and i thought i could get it after Ryan bought a plant. Unfortunately 19 put the kibosh on that plan, though i did get a 15 drop out of nowhere as a consolation prize.
The real key turn was nor too long after, when the 20 became available. Soledad & i bid for it, and he let it go for not much above its starting price. 29 was on deck, but there were enough duds left that i thought 20 was worth a little bidding. Unfortunately 29 came, and Soledad just never let go of the money lead from there. He kept overbuilding during Step 2 as well, which was necessary to move the market after it stalled for a while. Having paid close to $45 for the 26, i was not pleased at that!
Step 3 arrived way too early for the rest of us, we couldn't build to more than 14, and Soledad ended it at 14 capacity for the easy win.
