The turkey video I did was too long and necessary to cut these recipes out, so I decided to do a seperate video with hands on instruction on how to make garlic butter for under the skin rub and over the entire bird, injection recipe, and a basting recipe. I have used all three twice, and the turkey turned out delicious. Enjoy

GARLIC BUTTER, INJECTION, BASTE RECIPES

GARLIC BUTTER (for under skin)
1 stick butter
Pinch cayenne
Pinch salt
2 cloves minced garlic
Mix well and put in fridg

Injection
1/2 Cup chicken stock
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
Mix in pot on low heat

Inject the bird
apply the garlic butter under tje skin
Stuff the turkey with herbs, citrus, onion, celery, apple

Apply olive all over skin

Rub
Ground black pepper
Kosher salt
Oregano
Thyme

Baste
1 cup olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
