Janet shows how she put together a Family recipe of my Aunt Margaret. She brings this to the Rogers Family Reunion every year. Everyone loves it and it goes fast. Enjoy

Taco Salad Recipe
1 head lettuce (chopped)
4 diced tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 small shredded carrot
1 small can sliced black olives
1 can red kidney beans
1 8oz package shredded Mexican cheese
1 sweet onion sliced
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 pack of taco seasoning

Topping Sauce
1 cup Italian Dressing
3/4 cup Catalina Dressing
1 cup Pace chunky salsa
1/4 tsp black pepper
Brown ground beef in sauce pan, drain well and add to the taco seasoning. combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
Enjoy with corn chips or scoops. Makes a very large salad.
