Smoked 3 racks of Baby Back Ribs on the Texas Original Pits offset smoker. This was a Super Bowl Sunday 2018 cook. We also cooked a Cajun Shrimp Appetizer. The rub consisted of just Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, and granulated Garlic. The sauce used was of two different sauces. Two racks were sauced with Tailgater Hater which is a local Florence,SC vinegar base sauce. The third rack was sauced with PA's Sauce or (PQ Sauce) made in Minnesota, sent to me by a viewer and subscriber. There is no online website for either of these two sauces at this writing.
