This is a hot n fast game day cook. Single cut spare ribs, hot wings, and sausage. Took just a little over one hour, cooking at 300 F on the Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5. I also used the Fire Dial heat diffuser, and the large capacity charcoal basket and the minion starter basket, both from Arbor Fab.
