The Castle is home to a queen mirelurk and her offspring. It's a fairly high level mirelurk queen, however, and does considerably more damage than the others I encountered so be careful if you're going to run and gun like I did. It might be smarter to come at the queen from a distance with a gauss rifle or sniper rifle. There's also the missile launcher you can use on the table, but it's not overly high damage for the slow fire rate. You need to smash all the eggs after defeating the waves of mirelurks in order to get the queen to appear. Then finish destroying the eggs, build a generator that generates 10 power, and the castle is yours. You'll find a Guns and Bullets on a table inside the fort.
