Apart from a few turrets and a nasty sentry bot that attacks you when you exit the master locked room with a power armor suit in it, you'll mostly find ghouls here. The ghouls aren't very difficult. A combat shotgun is your weapon of choice here. The sentry bot, on the other hand, is MUCH more difficult. I'd recommend using a shotgun and use a crit against one of its arms and then proceed to attack the other in VATS to disable its weapons. At that point it'll try to blow up on you. Don't let it. Kill it before that can happen. Make sure to grab the U.S. Covert Operations Manual from the barracks portion before you leave.
