Copley Station is full of super mutants, but leads to the Boston Public Library. There's another door that will take you inside the library as well, but why not enjoy exploring a new area? That's what I figured at least. Overall, it's not very difficult to make your way through. You'll be attacked by a couple mutant hounds and a couple super mutants at one point. Just kill the hounds quickly before taking out the mutants. Nothing special as far as loot goes here unfortunately.
