This location is unmarked and has a nasty surprise (and also a pleasant surprise) at the top for you. Outside of the building are a couple of turrets that are easily destroyed, inside are protectrons and turrets that are pretty easily destroyed as well, and then you'll get to the top of the building via an elevator. This is where I faced one of the most hectic and unexpected fights in the game so far.
A sentry bot and a legendary assaultron at the same time. I probably should've used psycho jet, but I didn't. I targeted the sentry bots mini guns to make him do less damage and then took him out first. I barely noticed the assaultron next to me until it hit me, and by the time the sentry bot was gone i was getting low on health. I went after the assaultrons leg to get it on the ground where it couldn't come after me quickly and then finished it. Luckily I didn't fall off the roof while backing up and actually accidentally avoided the blast when the assaultron died (which almost certainly would have killed me). It was a pretty epic fight.
The prize for your effort is the X-01 Mk. III power armor. Extremely good stats. Definitely worth the effort.
