Easter is mere weeks away, so its definitely time to start thinking about what chocolaty treats we can whip up to share with our families and friends over the school holidays.
Luckily, Mr Baker is back with another fun and festive recipe for you to tackle – his deliciously chocolaty Easter Cupcakes!
Delicate chocolate sponges topped with a rich double chocolate buttercream and a sprinkling of everyone’s favourite chocolate eggs - could they be any more perfect?

Easter Cupcakes Ingredients:
For the cupcakes:
- 175g slightly salted butter
- 175g caster sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 140g self-raising flour
- 35g cocoa powder
For the buttercream:
- 75g milk chocolate
- 150g slightly salted butter
- 300g icing sugar
- 4tbsps cocoa powder
- 2tbsps milk
To decorate:
- Chocolate Eggs
