This week, we’re welcoming back our super talented Junior Ambassador – and former Junior Bake Off champion – Reese, with his deliciously chocolaty Rocky Road!

Packed full of some of his favourite sweets and goodies, Reese’s Rocky Road is colourful and fun, and a super quick ‘no-bake’ treat that you can whip up in minutes.

The recipe is infinitely customisable too… whether you switch out the chocolates for another of your favourites or swap the biscuits for some gingerbread… we’re confident your Rocky Road will be absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to see how creative you can be!

Rocky Road Ingredients:
- 400g milk chocolate
- 80g golden syrup
- 80g butter
- 200g biscuits
- your choice of fillings (Reese used chocolate beans and marshmallows)
