It’s very nearly Christmas and time for our last festive bakealong of the year!

This week, we’re welcoming back our super talented Junior Ambassador – and former Junior Bake Off champion – Reese, with his perfectly crisp and deliciously tasty ‘Christmassy Shortbread’ – a traditional Christmas classic perfect for your festive celebrations!

Reese Is also showing you how you can use a variety of embossed rolling pins and shaped cookie cutters to produce a whole load of festive finishes, meaning that your shortbread biscuits would make the perfect gift for the festive season!

Make sure you give them a try and do send us your photos so we can see how creatively you have decorated yours!

- 100g butter
- 50g sugar
