Here at the Kenwood Kids Club, we have partnered with The 401 Challenge to support their latest amazing adventure… The USA Challenge.
The charity founder, Ben will be running and cycling 10,700+ miles across all 50 US states in just 86 days to raise money for the 401 Foundation.
This is a seriously tough challenge as Ben will be navigating towns and cities as well as crossing difficult terrain. He will pass famous landmarks and make his way across the ENTIRE country starting in Maine and finishing in Hawaii!
To show our support and celebrate all things USA we have created a series of American bakes - if you feel inspired by Ben and his challenge you should definitely try them at home!
Next up, our super talented Junior Ambassador Fin is showing you how to transform a classic American snack into a truly delicious dessert, with his Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake!

US Flag Cake Ingredients:
- 150g caster sugar
- 200g peanut butter
- 360g cream cheese
- 200ml double cream
- 150g jam
- 300g crushed biscuit crumbs
- 100g melted butter
